Note that many answers to popular questions can be found in our How It Works and How To Order sections. Please allow up to 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) for a reply to your email contact.

Please remember that, as noted in the How To order section of the site, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order (Photo Montages) or 1-3 business days for Image Enhancements. Priority Mail shipment of your 8"x10" and photo CD, if applicable, takes usually takes 2-5 business days (longer outside the US).

There will be times, due to family and community obligations and occasional travel, that responses to your emails and the processing of orders will take longer than the time stated above. I will always post notices, in advance, for these situations.

If you wish to mail a photo for us to scan, use the address above. It should be noted that a scanned photo will not provide the same quality of image as an original image file. Also note that we can not be held responsible for photos lost in the mail.
