Your Source Photo

It is important that you hold the copyright to your source photo. It is Creative Photo Effects policy not to work on any photo which might have been taken by a professional - such as a photo studio - unless a release form is provided.

If you are a professional photographer, wishing to use our service for your clients, then we will work on the image with a copy of the release form.

Creative Photo Effects reserves the right to refund and refrain from processing any orders that involve nudity, violence, or offensive themes.

Your Rights to the Final Image

Clients may reproduce their final image unlimited times in any print format (photo prints, posters, calendars, t-shirts, etc.) as long as it is for personal use only (friends and family). Creative Photo Effects does not grant permission for you to use your image for commercial purposes (items to be sold, advertising, marketing, etc.)

Note that Creative Photo Effects does not accept any liability whatsoever for prints or products that you may choose to order from various developers using your file that we provide.

Clients interested in using images for commercial purposes may contact us with a detailed request, and we will then provide a quote for the use of the artwork commercially. This quote will include the re-purchase of artwork from the original vendor, and may require permission from the vendor.

Creative Photo Effects LLC retains copyright to the final image. It is prohibited to claim the image as your own work.

Sharing Your Image on Websites:

Creative Photo Effects provides all clients with a watermarked, web-optimized photo that may be shared on personal websites such as Facebook, MySpace, family websites, flicker, etc.

Refund Policy

We will send a link for you to preview your image upon completion, and we will work with you to incorporate any possible changes required and send an updated preview image. If, for any reason, you not 100% satisfied we will refund the full purchase amount, and cancel the order before printing and shipping.

Privacy Policy

All photos and personal information submitted to this site stay confidential, and will never be shared with a third party.
